The COVID-19 pandemic has been difficult for everyone.
Elyssa, Laura, and I were talking about how to help our clients best and ways we can support everyone with Intuitive Eating and eating disorder recovery right now.
We brainstormed…. a group? a training? a book club?
We finally have something to give to all of you and we’re excited about it. With more to come!
We truly feel like this will help all of our clients and also….. why not give it to anyone else we can reach?
Introducing… The Eat With Knowledge Guide to Intuitive Eating!
As you know, our nutrition philosophy is rooted in the principles of Intuitive Eating, eating disorder recovery, and body positivity. We are thrilled to offer nutrition counseling services and are so passionate about the work that we do. After all intuitive eating = intuitive living and we’ve seen this work change so many lives.
We recognize this work that we do would not be possible with Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch (check out the official Intuitive Eating website). Evelyn and Elyse are the authors of Intuitive Eating and pioneers in this field! We want to celebrate their work, especially because the 4th edition of Intuitive Eating is coming out June 23rd!!!! We have already ordered our copies and are so excited to see all the updates in the latest version of the book.
When creating this Intuitive Eating guide, we wanted to create a mini-workbook with clients to use in sessions and also give clients some “ah-ha moments” in between sessions. After all, we recognize the work that our clients do on the Intuitive Eating journey is powerful work. We hope this guide helps you have a healthy relationship with food.
Make good use of it!! 🙂
And as always, let us know if you need more support. We are open for virtual sessions and have been seeing new clients with the power of today’s technology! If you want to make an appointment, just reach out!
