Here at Eat With Knowledge, we believe:
- In the power of Intuitive Eating, eating disorder recovery, and body positivity
- A healthy relationship with food is possible no matter where you are in your journey
- Nutrition decisions are personal for every person
- Every client will have a different story to tell with regards to their health, food, movement, and well-being.
We would love to be part of your story!
The Eat With Knowledge Roadmap is a collection of our favorite worksheets that we've used with our clients in their journey to Intuitive Eating and eating disorder recovery.
We use these worksheets with our clients all the time. If you're on the fence about working with us, this is a great “first step” to take to see what our work together would look like.
We also get requests to work with clients from across the United States and all over the world. Unfortunately, licensure laws limit where we can see clients. By purchasing this roadmap, you can take our work to your own team and/or dietitian and get “a piece of our practice” to go with you. We love this idea because we love being a part of your team!
We designed these worksheets with YOU in mind by giving you plenty of space to read, reflect, and process in your own journey.
The Eat With Knowledge Roadmap has four main components that will teach you how to reconnect with your body and brain, notice your hunger and satiety cues, own and observe your feelings, and work on challenges for your entire well-being.
We want you to Feel Fabulous About Food. We want you to K.N.O.W. what works for YOU.
K- Know how your body and brain work together
N- Notice hunger and fullness
O- Own and observe your feelings and improve body image
W- Work on challenges for your entire well being
The Feel Fabulous About Food Roadmap will teach you:

How your body works and why you end up bingeing or “cheating” on a diet (or why you can’t continuously “eat clean,” “eat healthy,” “follow Keto,” or whatever restrictive diet plan you’re doing).

To understand hunger and fullness and how satisfaction plays a role in your food decisions, allowing you to connect with your body again.

To develop skills in meal planning. If you have no idea how to practice intuitive eating, you'll discover how to get started and continue learning how to adapt to life situations.

How to finally escape the binge eating cycle for good, knowing why you binge and how to change it.

Ways to redefine the term “emotional eating” so you can eat with emotion and enjoy those special events like birthday parties, eating out, and baking with your family. This is NOT the negative “emotional eating” that everyone talks about.

Skills to reframe your thoughts and feelings and develop coping skills so you don’t make yourself feel bad about what you eat.
